Le premier morceau nous provient de Chris Wood et Andy Cutting, qui l’ont eux-mêmes appris de Lisa Ornstein. Nous avons renommé l’air en l’honneur du long voyage qu’il a fait pour se rendre à nous. La deuxième pièce vient des archives personnelles de Pascal. La troisième fut nom- mée en hommage au chat d’un ami et la dernière a été apprise de la violoneuse américaine Donna Hébert.

We learned the first tune from Chris Wood and Andy Cutting, who in turn learned it from Lisa Ornstein. Lacking an official title, we decided to name it after the two Atlantic crossings that it took to get to us. Pascal collected the second reel, and composed the third himself. The last tune of the set is a well-loved classic in Québec.
